The automatic linear piston filler is a flexible filler capable of rapidly and accurately filling any viscosity liquids. From light sauces and oils, to thicker applications including liquid soaps and hair gels, this filler is capable of accommodating a large range of products. Product delivery from your bulk tank to the pistons can be configured with a buffer tank utilizing a level-sensing float, a manifold with direct draw, or recirculation methods.

Six Cylinder Volumetric Piston Filling machine is durable, economical, and versatile, especially with our new PLC Control System which allows multi-speed contour filling and operator adjustable programming. All contact points are constructed of USDA approved materials, making it useful for many applications.

Often referred to as “volumetric fill,” piston fillers draw product from a hopper into a cylinder using a piston. The stroke of the piston is adjustable to achieve the exact portion desired. Available individually or integrated with a fully automatic filler, the piston filler allows the operator infinite volume adjustment to achieve exact weights, dependent on the product or cup size being filled.
